Your invitation to the Blackburn Business Improvement District ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM)

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Blackburn Town Centre Business Improvement District will be held at Blackburn Cathedral on Tuesday 25th February 2025.

Where: Blackburn Cathedral

Agenda: To include an overview of Blackburn BID in 2024, a look ahead to BID delivery in 2025, the results of the independent financial review, and the election of Executive Board members*.

When: Tuesday 25th Feb, 2pm

*Executive Board Election:

Nominations for Blackburn BID board positions need to be submitted by 5pm on 14th February 2025.

If you would like to nominate yourself onto the board (or would like more information about the role) please contact Catherine Price, Blackburn BID Manager at Newground on 07860952352 or email catherine.price@newground.co.uk.

Nominations must comply with the eligibility requirements of the Blackburn Town Centre Business Improvement District Constitution 2024 – 2028.  Late nominations will not be considered.

A board member is expected to attend board meetings which are held quarterly. If there are a number of nominations for positions, then a ballot will be held at the AGM.
