Town Centre Police Update

The town centre policing team has been busy over the last week, with the following results:

Monday

Male and female offenders given court summons for theft at M&S

Tuesday

Male charged and bailed (due to health) for 8 x thefts

Male charged and bailed for theft x 3 and going equipped

Wednesday

Male arrested, charged with 17 shoplifting offences and put before the court where he was sentenced to 40 weeks in prison

Friday

Male arrested for theft, charged and remanded

Saturday

Male charged and remanded for 3 Theft Offences (charity boxes), 1 Going Equipped for Theft and 1 Breach of Court Order
