Nicola Clayton
Chair, Director of Business Development and External Engagement at Blackburn College
Each year the Executive Board approves a 12 month Delivery Plan, based on the annual objectives set out by the five year BID Business Plan, voted for by the BID levy payers in 2018.
The Executive Board meets on a bi-monthly basis to discuss town centre issues and the delivery of the business plan. The BID Manager provides progress reports and financial updates to Executive Board members in this meeting.
The Executive Board scrutinise the delivery plans to ensure maximum return on investment for BID members.
Board Members may also be asked to represent the BID at wider town centre meetings and events and be asked to make statements on behalf of the BID. Blackburn BID Executive Board Members are appointed at each AGM.
