Business Plan 2019-2023
The Blackburn BID business plan sets out the aims and objectives of the BID for its second term.
It outlines what has been achieved so far, and plans for the 2019-2023 period, based on consultation with town centre businesses.
A lot of the time, people come in to view the window or complete the trail leaflets. Everyone came in to see the boy in the rubber ring. That was a good one. It does bring people in, and then many come back. It helps to bring people in and returning customers - especially people from out of town who are doing the trail with their children.
