It outlines what has been achieved so far, and plans for the 2024-2029 period, based on consultation with town centre businesses.
I think the response to the BID's trails has been great! Children have been coming in with their parents to look at the sculpture, taking pictures and looking around the store while they're here.

The events - like the Festival of Making and Pride - bring in a lot of new customers. The sand trail did well for us too. A lot of people stopped to take photos and then come in for a coffee. We have had quite a few people come back after too.
