Chair of BwD Hive, Ian Brown, would like to work with Blackburn BID and Blackburn town centre businesses to develop a bespoke ‘Blackburn’ paper bag for businesses to provide to customers.

Designed by local students, printed and produced by a local business, the idea is to provide an environmentally friendly, sustainable alternative to plastic bags which promotes Blackburn town centre.

Before proceeding, we would like to know if this is of interest to town centre businesses.
